Ensure that deadlines are met and adhered to (work according to project cut off dates and times)

Work on NDS, subject matter expert

Requirement Note:
The suitable candidate will become a subject matter expert and will be referred to as a SME
Candidate will form part of the CBT Programme
Suitable candidate must be former Standard Bank employee with extensive Frontline experience, Customer Service and / or Customer Consultant experience
Candidate must know Personal Products on NDS very well
Candidate will most be working on NDS
Preferably looking at candidates who have not left SBSA for longer than 6 – 12 months ago
