Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Vryburg, North West, South Africa

•Performing various administrative tasks within the branch.
•Managing and reconciliation of petty cash.
•Daily cash balancing and management of all bank functions.
•Managing of Debtor’s enquiries, filing and follow-up on credit applications.
•Daily fuel reconciliation.
•Assistance with fuel receipts and reporting of defective pumps.
•Providing excellent customer service.
•Set up of daily, weekly and monthly inventory control schedules.
•Carry out inventory corrections in respect of deviations.
•Managing preparations for all stocktaking.
•Liaise with other retail branches.
•Stand in for Cashiers when necessary.

•Grade 12 with Accounting / Mathematics.
•An appropriate after-school qualification will serve as a recommendation.
•The candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a commercial environment.
•Computer Literate (MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
•Must be prepared to adapt to a changing business environment.
•Must be willing to work overtime from time to time.
•Assisting Head Office and branch staff regarding all administrative enquiries.


•Must be able to read, write and understand Afrikaans & English.
