Job Purpose

Windmill casino will be running a Learnership Programme (NQF level 4) for 9 Learners in the Food & Beverage Department for a period of 18 months.

Education

• Matric Hospitality as a subject will advantageous

• Confidence and an outgoing personality are a must

Key Performance Areas:

• The learnership entails on the-job and off -the -job training in the Food Beverage
• Perform day to day Food and beverage department duties under supervision ,while doing on the job training
• Identifying cheating and suspicious Activities
• To create an environment that enhances excellent customer service
• Windmill Casino’s values and culture are practises
• Security of tables operation

Successful Candidates will be given a monthly allowance
