SUPPLY CHAIN CLERK REF NO: 2015/312 DPP: Mmabatho

SALARY : R132 399 per annum (Excluding Benefits) (Level 5)

CENTRE : Mmabatho

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good administrative skills. Good interpersonal skills. Customer focus and responsiveness. Interpersonal skills. Computer literacy (MS packages).

DUTIES : Monitor and control the usage of contract/ government vehicles. Perform minor tasks within the office such as filling. Carrying out one or more of the tasks related to logistical services. Transport authorized passengers and goods in the DPP office in terms of transport legislatures and npa policies. Record all trips in accordance with guidelines.

Ensure that accidents are fully reported and all claims in regards thereto are appropriately administered, investigated and processed with the relevant authorities.

Execute all tasks related to government rented vehicles. Facilitate and administer flight, accommodation bookings and transport. Ensure that all invoices for flights, accommodation and rental vehicles are certified and sent to head office for payment timeously.

Liaise with customers and stakeholders. Perform quarterly Asset verification.
