SALARY : Stipend: R4 500.00 per month
CENTRE : Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : Applicants must be in possession of a National Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain
Management/Transport Management/Purchasing Management/Logistics/Public Management.

DUTIES : Capture external requisitions on Logis and PI, approve procurement advice and authorize
ledger, issue order numbers to different suppliers.

 

3. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT: PAYMENTS REF NO: 27
Period: 01 April 2015 until 31 March 2016
SALARY : Stipend: R4 500.00 per month
CENTRE : Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : Applicants must be in possession of National Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain
Management/Transport Management/Purchasing Management/Logistics/Public Management.

DUTIES : The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing of payments on Logis online,
capturing of suppliers bank details an Logis system after been verified by National Treasury,
checking of the allocations on the system before processing payments, Handling of all
enquiries with regard to payments from both external and internal clients, verify the
correctness of payment documents before processing, registering of payments in the register
book before submitting them to Finance, ensure that payments are made within 30 days after
the receipt of invoice, compile the weekly and monthly spreadsheet on processed payments.

 

4. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT: TRANSIT AND WAREHOUSE REF NO: 28
Period: 01 April 2015 until 31 March 2016
SALARY : Stipend: R4 500.00 per month
CENTRE : Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : Applicants must be in possession of National Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain
Management/Transport Management/Purchasing Management/Logistics/Public Management.

DUTIES : Receipts of goods and services, follow up on outstanding orders, certification invoices and
capturing of invoices online thereof.

 

5. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT: TRANSPORT 2 POSTS REF NO: 29
Period: 01 April 2015 until 31 March 2016
SALARY : Stipend: R4 500.00 per month
CENTRE : Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : Applicants must be in possession of a National Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain
Management/Transport Management/Purchasing Management/Logistics/Public Management.

DUTIES : Management of transport bookings, traffic fines, accidents, hired and leased vehicles, flight
and accommodation bookings, general administration.
