• Area Management: 2 to 3 years
• Psira: 1 year or less

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Manage and control designated sites and employees to ensure adherence to SLA’s and industry standards.
• RSA citizen
• Own transport
• Clear criminal record
• Good contactable references
• PSIRA registered
• PC literate: Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
• Well presented
• Articulate and be able to communicate on all levels- levels, face to face, telephonic and email.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Management experience essential
• 5 years’ experience in the security industry
• Strong client liaison and relationship building skills
• Flexible working hours
• Management of discipline.
