Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Cape Town / Gauteng

Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, facilitate, coordinate, quality assure, or implement a range of projects with various levels of risk and complexity.
Manage all resources, phases and processes associated with these projects in accordance with corporate and business unit strategies.
Lead and coordinate support from internal team members and third party partners with clear specifications, timelines, and expectations
Perform project monitoring and evaluation functions to ensure adherence to project plans and attainment of project outputs.
Manage, track and expedite single and multi-site projects within predefined timeframes and deadlines, within the requirements of the PMO project management and governance framework
Lead all aspects of client communication during project delivery including timelines, assigning responsibilities, updates and issue resolution
To report accurate project forecasting and facilitate timeous billing of projects, in line with product rules and PMO regulations
Create standards and systems, including the enhancement of project management capabilities and maturity.
Provide project management decision support behind successful project implementation through project readiness status analysis.
Perform project monitoring and evaluation functions to ensure adherence to project plans and attainment of project outputs.
Enhance project management capabilities to improve and update the professional standards of project related staff and project teams
To effectively manage and track all project resources, follow the escalation path to address resource issues, and drive resolution thereof.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of equivalent experience
Advanced Degree or relevant project management qualification
5 years of excellence in a client-facing project management role required, preferably in IT or Telecommunication or Management consulting industry
PMP certification
Prince 2 advantageous
