The Talisman Foundation is a residential home for persons diagnosed with mental illness. Initially established in 1979 as an organisation offering custodial care, the organisation has expanded its services becoming more independent and empowerment driven.

 Job Title: Psychological Facilitators
Location: Johannesburg
Duration: These are full-time positions.

Salary negotiable according to experience.

Responsibilities:

• Rehabilitation of clients with a Psychiatric and/or dual diagnosis
• Individual and Group facilitation
• Case management, report writing and referrals to other professionals
• To partaicipate in Inservice training
• To participate in the organisation of events for Marketing, Fundraising and awareness initiatives
• Psycho education

Requirements:

• BPsych, BA honors in Psychology
• Proven experience working with Psychiatric Clients. (Post graduate)
• Good knowledge of Psychiatric skills and conditions
• Team player
• Innovative, Passionate and Accountable
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
