Job Summary:

In this role, you will develop and lead data and insight capabilities across Sales, Service and Support functions. You will design and manage the acquisition, storage, processing and use of data to optimize ROI. You will expand and elevate BI capabilities to deliver fast, accurate and informative insights that enables business performance and drives smart business decisions. Ultimately, you will use data science and analytics to unlock value and build an agile, data-driven business.

Responsibilities:

•Working with IT to design data architecture
•Ensuring the integration, security and structuring of data for easy access and efficient processing by all departments
•Aligning data management with our data protection and confidentiality policies (compliance)
•Leveraging new technologies e.g. cloud storage & processing. Enhancing data asset profiling and analysis abilities
•Develop data acquisition strategies that optimize lead generation and decision-support
•Data governance with internal and external data partners
•Effective allocation of internal cold and survey data, digital inbound data (within SLA), cross-sell data within business rules, including the use of SMS/email strategies, and recycling of unsold survey and digital leads
•Drive up contactability through appropriate CLI strategies, recycle rules and Truecaller rules
•Expand and elevate (BI) capabilities to support improved reporting
• BI reporting for all departmental needs, providing holistic end-to-end process reporting including trends, risks and opportunities
•Lead Data and Insights department to attract, retain and grow motivated talent to function as a high-performance Data & Insights team
•Champion data-driven, insights-rich culture of empowerment across the group organization and externally to raise the group profile
•Day – to – day oversight of data flows, data usage, data management
•Annual Data & Insights departmental budgeting, cost and ROI tracking
Requirements 

Education Requirement And Experience:

•A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Data Science / Mathematics / Statistics
•Relevant technical data skills including SQL, SSRS, PowerBI
•At least 7 years’ experience in a data management/ data science leadership role within an organization with advanced data management capabilitiesPreferred:•Data management experience within a call-centre / digital and direct sales and marketing environmentBEHAVOURIAL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:•Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing with external and internal stakeholders
•Innovative
•Analytical and detail orientated
•Able to drive change management in a fast-paced environment
•Able to work under pressure, manage time and resources
•Familiar with contemporary marketing and lead management technology and solutions
