Job Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Special Requirements)
A relevant 3 year Degree/Diploma (NQF Level 7).
5 Years’ relevant operational experience (of which 3 years in mobile) and 2 years managerial experience.
A valid driver’s license.
Willing to work long hours.
Core Description (Duties & Responsibilities) The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Customer facing entities of the business, liaising with product and service to ensure that all fulfillment and assurance process are documented before launch, continuous improvement of processes within the FMC space and ensuring that all content including technical training material is available to assist business on fixed mobile convergence.
