Job Requirements Qualifications:
Relevant minimum 3 year Degree/Diploma (NQF level 6). Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
Experience:
3+ Years direct Sales experience in the ICT environment & at least 2 years management experience.
Special requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Willing to travel and work extended hours.
To perform under pressure.
Core Description Responsible to guide and lead the immediate sales team to deliver on the set targets and plans by facilitating internal interactions with relevant virtual teams and specific key external customers.
Devise business plans for sales teams to align and link to the divisional or segment strategy and operationalise the tactical plans by implementing targets amongst sales teams and allocating priorities.
