Job Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Special Requirements) Qualification:
A relevant Degree/Diploma.
5 Years experience in Call Centres, Telemarketing with no qualification OR 3 years experience with a qualification.
A valid driver’s license.
Willing to travel and work after hours.
Core Description (Duties & Responsibilities) Responsible for the planning and facilitation of all telemarketing activities through the Telemarketing Call-Centre Channel for Telkom’s Mobility products, services.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets through vendors.
Ensure service levels, quality and scheduling metrics are met by vendors.
Deliver accurate timeous and meaningful.
Customer Business; Document Management; Financial Management; Customer Trends; SLA’s; Mobile Telecommunications; Support Systems & Tools; Marketing Principles; Selling Techniques; Products & Services; Business Acumen; Report Writing.
