Job Title: Surveillance Systems Manager Pretoria

Job Summary:
Assist in designing, developing, maintaining and managing information systems and databases as well as in data and information collection, capture, storage, organization, management and reporting to track and assess progress on project’s inputs, activities, products, deliverables, outcomes, performance indicators, and reports. The incumbent will design and implement ICT tools to facilitate reporting, analysis, planning, learning and adapting.

YOUR JOB WILL BE TO:
Advise RHIMES on appropriate information and communication technology (ICT) for capture, input, storage, planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
Design, develop and review ICT systems and tools to integrate monitoring and evaluation functions with other project’s tracking tasks such as progress of activities, delivery of products, online surveys implementation.
Elaborate geo-referenced maps to display key quantitative and qualitative data.
Propose and formulate approaches and tools for the monitoring of project indicators including support for piloting and testing of data collection tools.
Perform data quality checks, data quality assessments, field visits and to provinces and districts. Develop tools required to carry out annual and baseline project evaluations.
Overseeing the Surveillance Systems Troubleshooting and support Surveillance systems Liaise with stakeholders
Administer Surveillance
User registration and maintenance
Facilitate responding to Auditor General queries and findings Facilitate training on surveillance systems

Requirements:
YOU MUST HAVE :
Experience:
At least 5 years experience in Surveillance Systems Management

Education:
Bachelors Degree in Management Sciences
