On behalf of the MRP Foundation, it manages the National JumpStart Programme, which recruits and trains, in job readiness and life skills, unemployed youth preparatory to their placement in retail stores.

Job Title: Regional Manager
Location: Western Cape

The purpose of the position will be to primarily responsible for the growth and effective management of JumpStart in the province.

Required:

• Fluency in spoken and written English
• The proven capacity to engage with local communities
• A valid driver’s licence and a motor vehicle for use in the position.
• The preferred candidate will also have at least three years’ management experience and a tertiary qualification, and also be confident, innovative in his/her thinking, aspirational and committed to the achievement of high standards of service delivery.
