Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Managing and supporting the Dev Team
Overall responsibility for the financial management, project leadership and performance of the IT and Data functions.
Define and promote best practice guidelines through continuous improvement an innovative solution.
Improve efficiency and effectiveness of business department/s
Communicate incidents and ensure we continuously improve the level of services provided.
Communicate, planning, co-ordination and execution of all business projects with the Dev team and the various departments
Documenting and prioritising initial engagements and ideas, sharing the status of projects, costs, and an overall view of the Technology delivery pipeline.
Develop their own vision for how the Dev Team and external service providers will support the strategic goals of the company.
Create, review, maintain and manage risk and compliance with the Dev team.
Reviewing all policies and procedures
Reporting to the Leadership team on the integrity, security and functional improvement of the Groups IT infrastructure / systems.
Aligning IT Infrastructure / systems with current and future business requirements
Liaise and manage external service providers
Provides consultancy services where required and assists with system design and specifications
Manage functional leads responsible for full systems, product and services development across numerous product lines including change control, testing and support staff
Driving and directing strategic projects and material technology investments through the delivery of projects in accordance with business requirements and agreed project timelines.

Minimum qualification Bachelor’s degree
7 years’ experience at senior management level leading a team to deliver strategic objectives
Managing IT / Data service delivery at a tactical and strategic level
Successfully fulfilling a Project Management role
Business acumen
Experience in E-commence Websites, Warehouse Management System, Financial ERP and Order Management System
Skills

Ability to understand both Tech and Business processes
Organisational skills – Ability to manage one’s time, and the input of several stakeholders
Communication skills – Exhibit the use of various communication methods to provide information across several channels
Experience in delivering technical training to groups of individuals across all abilities whether remotely or in person.
A methodical and analytical approach to requirements gathered and project management. Ideally having an understanding of different methodologies and their appropriate application.
