The FW de Klerk Foundation was established in 1999 to promote the causes for which FW de Klerk had worked during his presidency. The Foundation is a small, professional, cost-effective organisation.

Job Title: Half-Day Position – Fundraiser
Location: Cape Town
Remuneration: Negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements :

• relevant fundraising experience;
• university degree or other suitable qualification;
• be able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, in English and Afrikaans;
• internet skills;
• own transport.

Responsibilities:

• telephone canvassing on behalf of the Foundation;
• build and maintain contact/ donor database;
• improve funder communication.
