Job Title: PrQS Professional Quantity Surveyor
Location: Cape Town
Salary: R900 000.00+ Per Month

Vacancy Details

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control of construction projects
• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and tender documentation
• Contract administration and cost reporting
• Conducting feasibility studies and risk analysis
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

 

Requirements:

• BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a QS role
• Registered or eligible for PrQS registration with SACQSP (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC contracts
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in QS software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
