Job Title: IT Support Officer
Job Location: Johannesburg.
Salary: R13 421 to R20 278 per month
Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• IT infrastructure of The Salvation Army Southern Africa Territory
• Manage and uphold that there is robust IT Support (help desk) to support the technical needs of staff
• Provide reports (written and/or verbal) to management on progress relating to projects
• Carry out daily systems checks
• Pre-build and setup of IT equipment
• Responsible for installation and maintenance of peripheral devices, including printers, telephone system, router, switches, and backups
• Maintain e-mail system (Lotus Domino) and add users as required

Requirements:

• Qualification MCSA, A-PLUS, N-PLUS
• Proficiency in implementing, supporting, and running Windows desktop operating systems (including Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10)
• Windows 2012 Server
• Operational knowledge of active directory, mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows Phone)
• Networking (Ethernet, wireless, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Supervisory experience is required
