The Southern African Association of Youth Clubs, a youth development organization that provides training and programme support services to youth clubs in Southern Africa, invites a suitably qualified candidate to apply for this position:

Job Title: Provincial Coordinator
Location: Mpumalanga
Purpose: To provide services and support to SAAYC members within the Mpumalanga Province.
Salary: R180,000.00 per annum (inclusive of benefits)

Responsibilities :

• Coordinating and implementing the membership recruitment and retention strategies in the Mpumalanga;
• Identifying and engaging with relevant stakeholders;
• Assess member requirements to ensure provision of relevant support;
• Facilitating all planned activities and member capacity building trainings;
• Monitoring and Evaluating programme/project effectiveness to inform improved delivery methods;
• Evaluating and documenting issues advocated for by members;
• Developing monthly plans and consolidated reports as required by the Programmes Manager;

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
• Diploma in Youth Development or equivalent
• Registered Facilitator
• 3- 5 years’ experience in coordinating youth development projects
• Valid driver’s license
• Good Presentation Skills
• Strategic Partnerships Management
• Facilitation skills
• Good resource mobilisation skills
• Report writing skills
• Referencing skills
