The Tshwane Leadership Foundation (TLF) works with churches and communities for urban transformation with specific focus on social inclusion a process that integrates socially vulnerable people creatively, and prevents displacement as much as possible.

Job Title: Outreach, HTS and mobile Service Coordinator
Job Location: Pretoria
Salary: R8 000 per Month
Start date: 01 August 2018

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). One year performance-based contract in line with the organisational policy

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective and smooth daily operation/running such of the programmes (HCT, mobile Service, Adherence Clubs, CCMDD) by fulfilling leadership role in programme management, people management and development
  • Ensure and maintain quality standards according to rules and regulations on all levels
  • Ensure and maintain an adequate data capture system and report writing as required
  • Monitor and evaluate the outcomes, impact and quality of the programmes
  • Networking and resource development

Requirements:

  • An accredited degree in a health or social related field and registration by the relevant professional body will be of advantage
  • Qualification/Trained in Counseling and testing, Peer education
  • A minimum of three years of experience in working in health and/or social related NPO’s on a managerial level
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to engage effectively with the community
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Teamwork experience and cultural sensitivity are crucial
  • Computer skills
  • A valid drivers license
