An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Sales and Marketing Department at the Johannesburg branch. Reporting directly to the Special Services Manager, this role will be responsible for maximising special services revenue, margin, service quality and customer satisfaction
· Minimum Matric (or NQF Level 4)· 3 years experience
· PC Literate, Communication Skills
To maximize revenue opportunities and to manage internal and external customers’ relationships in order to achieve the SPS strategic goals.
Promote TNT to existing and prospective customers and at all times reflect and promote TNT in the best possible light.
Ensure timely and effective communication takes place within defined time limits with internal customers e.g. depot staff, international depots
To provide customers with suitable solutions relating to problem shipments or complaints to satisfy their needs and maintain and enhance their loyalty to TNT.
Research problem shipment information.
Provide regular updates to the customer in line with the agreed call back times and customer’s preferred communication channel.
Verify customer requirements and agree on suitable solution
Comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
