Job description • Manage accounting procedures / system (QuickBooks)

• Manage receivables and payables ledgers
• Conduct monthly / quarterly financial consolidation and reporting processes
• Support all business operations (customer administration, pricing, logistics, export, …)
• Undertake all necessary finance process improvements and changes
• Perform on-going assets and inventory control (boutique, warehouse, office)
• Track company’s cash flow performance
• Perform all necessary financial performance analysis (gross profit, P&L, Balance Sheet)

Person requirements

• Full commitment to the Township Patterns’ fair trade approach to business
• Education: Finance degree
• 1-2 years+ professional experience on a finance team
• Strong numeracy skills
• Very much a process-oriented person
• Demonstrated English communications ability
• Very solid computer literacy
• Energetic, self-driven, organized professional with an interest for the design/fashion sector
