•Manage/Execute Finance Risk Management

• oRegular risk assessment
• oAdherence to SOX requirements

•Implement/Manage/Execute Financial administration

• oWarranty dealer payment
• oWarranty vendor recovery
• oWarranty cost per units calculations for provisions as per IFRS
• oWarranty cost per unit analysis
• oWarranty GL account adjustments
• oSupport Warranty System Improvements

•Implement/Manage/Execute Business information
oReporting
?Balance sheet reconciliation for creditors, debtor and provision accounts
?Debtors age analysis for monthly Obeya meetings
?Cash forecast to treasury for payment and expected payment
•People Management
oQuarterly Performance Management review & submission
oTraining

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

•Completed NQF 5 qualification in Accounting (minimum of 240 credits on the 8 Level framework)
•Relevant accounting experience incorporating areas such as debtors, creditors, provisioning, reporting, reconciliation, treasury / cash forecasting and general ledger adjustment
•Advanced computer literacy (SAP, MS Office, Internet, Lotus Notes)
•Advanced Excel experience is essential
