Job Description
Reporting to the Specialist the incumbent will fulfill the necessary requirements within the Purchasing Engineering Division to meet the Company’s objectives:
Management of project status – hand over for smooth launch
Update Hoshin Kanri to show progress on all projects
Create and maintain tracking document and registers
Key Job Functions

Create and maintain tracking document and registers
Maintain department filing in accordance with ISO
Record budgets for all projects
Liaison with other departments – localization progress
Assist engineers – administrations tasks
Manage the receipt and distribution of incoming information
ECI/RDDP management
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant NQF 5 (Minimum 240 credits
Driver’s License (Code EB)
Good working knowledge of MS office (MS Word & Excel)
SAP Advantageous
IT/Computer literate – MS office, SMS-BR/Enquiry, BBS2, ENCV
