As a Trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for providing research services and support to enable the delivery team to fulfill retained executive and contingency assignments.

Job Role:

– generating company target lists
– collating contact information
– headhunting and identifying target candidates
– assisting senior members with business research projects

Required skills:

·         Strong communication skills both written and verbally

·         Strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Internet)

·         An interest in speaking with people and asking probing questions

·         Highly organised with strong attention to detail

·         Excellent interpersonal skills

·         A sense of pride in the work you produce
