Duties & Responsibilities PLANNING
– Evaluate the MRP output to ensure that the master data is correct and problems are resolved
– Evaluate various SAP reports/screens to determine the inventory demands
– Evaluate stockholding and maintaining required service level whilst ensuring acceptable stock levels
– Understand and manage the engineering (ECM) change process
– Understand and manage various planning processes, including vendors, shipping, purchase orders, Demand – Planning, Production, etc.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
– Understand touch points with relevant stakeholders and key outputs required

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
– Understand the role and function of the CI Facilitator
– Assist with the implementation of Best Practice, culture change and projects
– Ensure the successful implementation of CI projects

BUSINESS PROCESS OPTIMISATION
– Assist with the identification of gaps in current processes and recommend and implement potential solutions
– Assist with support within the different functional areas to embed processes
– Understand the entire integrated supply chain process, including SAP and other related systems

Experience Required 

– Any practical experience relevant to the field of study would be advantageous.

Minimum Qualifications Required 

– Matric / Grade 12
– 3 year Commercial Degree, Preferably Bcomm.

Knowledge Required 

– Computer literacy skills, MS Office Suite

– SAP
