Our Client in the FMCG Retail Industry is now recruiting for Trainee Managers to join their operation in East London
This is a very exciting opportunity for a candidate who wants to join a national concern to further and grow in a very exciting career
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Selling company products and services to clients
Manage Stock
Maintain company policies and procedures
Manage and account for all cash in held in store
Complete and relevant paperwork and documentation
General customer service: turnaround time, Queuing time, accuracy and productivity
Sourcing of new stock
Ensuring targets monthly targets are met
Management, recruitment and disciplining of staff
Required skills and experience:
Excellent communication skills
Accuracy in handling cash
Attention to detail
Problem solving and negotiation skills
Computer literate
Strom admin skills
Selling skills
Influencing skills
Ability to learn quickly
Management experience
Minimum requirements:
Matric
Tertiary qualification
Sales experience in a FMCG Retail company (1 – 2 years minimum)
The successful candidate must be able to work weekends, public holidays and retail hours.
