Key Responsibilities

The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Trainee:

• Gain a thorough understanding of the organization and how it operates;
• Become equipped to assume a role within the company, dependent on individual performance, in accordance with his/her specific skill set;

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant degree / diploma from a recognized institution ie. BComm, BAdmin, BTech, etc.;
• Involvement in extra-mural activities such as sport, cultural and leadership activities, membership of societies;
• Interest in a career in the financial industry; and
• Ability to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in both English and Afrikaans.
