Job Description
Scheduling and co-ordinating the administrative aspects of training and development programs
Capturing all data for training interventions
Capturing data for all apprenticeships and skills programs presented
Monitoring statutory training requirements
Submitting all correspondence for trainee registrations, progress and reports to the CHIETA
Submitting regular updates to the CHIETA on trainee progress
Maintaining records and filing to ISO standards for audit purposes
Compiling and co-ordinating all correspondence for trainee recruitments
Assisting in compilation of workplace skills plan and annual training report
Compiling reports as required
Assisting with general administration work with HR
Job Requirements
Grade 12 and Tertiary qualification within HR / Training
Computer literacy in MS Office with proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good planning and organizing skills
Be methodical and systematic in system approach
Must have a valid driver’s license
