Position Description
On the 12 month programme you’ll rotate around the different areas within TPS as well as spending some time in Corporate banking. You will be continuously learning and developing your skills in a challenging but rewarding environment. You may also spend some time in South Africa throughout the course of your programme.

Required Skills and Qualifications
First of all, we’re looking for our successful graduates to want to relocate back to their home country – Nigeria, Kenya, Angola or Ghana, during their graduate programme and permanently thereafter. A variety of profiles will fit into our TPS division – if you are effective in a sales environment and working with clients this could be the place for you. You’ll need to be a good communicator with fluency in English. Strong academic results, a knack for numbers and the confidence to come up with innovative ideas is also needed. And we’ll be looking for proof of entrepreneurship and leadership skills too.
