Position Name: Treasury Accountant

Qualifications & experience required:

B Com Degree
Honours is preferred
3 years Finance and treasury experience (EXCLUDING ARTICLES)
Articles is preferred
2 years experience in a Financial Manager role

Role outline:

Foreign exchange
– Covering all foreign exchange liabilities
– Handling bank relationships
– Management of foreign exchange book
– Dynamic hedging
Financial instruments

Cashflow management
– Weekly compile and review group’s cash flow
– Identify risks

Collateral management
– Actively track group’s collateral position against facility requirements
Banking facilities:
– Analysing and reviewing opportunities and costs
Credit Review
– High level credit review of key deals
– Review and analyse potential customers
Financial functions
-Ownership of full financial responsibilities of allocated group companies
Africa expansion
– legal, tax and efficiency planning
