Job Title: Finance and Operations Coordinator

Job Location: Cape Town.

The purpose of the Finance and Operations Coordinator is to ensure that all financial reporting deadlines are met on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and that financial records maintained to ensure financial accountability to the Board, Auditors and Donors of the organisation. Do administration relating to operational management, including some Human Resources, office management and other related work.

The coordinator works closely with the organisation’s Director and programme managers and will ideally play a role in monitoring and evaluation and in providing wider financial support to other staff members. The coordinator will also work closely with an outside accountant from time to time.
