Minimum Requirements:

Matric or equivalent qualification
At least 1-2 years proven track record in external sales within any other Competitive Industries
Well presented and have a professional manner about them
Driven and self-motivated
Exceptional relationship building skills
Have the ability to work within a competitive team environment
Fully computer literate – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
Proficient in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
Own presentable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

Key Performance Areas:

Prospect consistently for qualified leads & referrals that will results in new business opportunities essentially
Target Marketing and Research of prospective clients in the Northern Suburbs area
Consistent and complete territory coverage to ensure market share gain
Maximise all opportunities within allocated area to market services/products through creative and innovative networking platforms
Present qualified leads & referrals to the Executive Sales Consultants for follow up
Schedule and confirm new business appointments with Decision Makers where relevant obo the Executive Sales Consultants
Accompany Executive Sales Consultants when and if requested on New Business, Presentation and Follow Up meetings to prospective clients
Consistently achieve/exceed monthly and annual sales & productivity targets

In return my client offers:

R10 – 12K CTC per month depending experience and sales skills
Fuel allowance
