Job Title: I.T Operations Assistant

job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
To assist the I.T Operations Expert in day to day activities, troubleshooting and assistance with project handling.

Customer facing individual will need to deal with daily tasks and troubleshooting items while assisting customers on site
Assisting the I.T Operations Expert with critical projects, maintenance and cleanup of I.T environments
Assistance of onsite I.T related incidents, requests and other key I.T functionality
Assistance of User Peripheral and Devise setup
Assistance of onsite setup, wireless setup and other requirements
Assistance with mobile devise setup, maintenance and troubleshooting
Assistance in resolving of tickets for customers
Desired Experience & Qualification
You must have COMPTIA A+ / N+ or studying towards these qualifications.
At least 1 to 2 years experience in Desktop Support or Field Technician Support
