Vacancy Details

 

We offer the following during training

• Paid in house training by passionate and knowledgeable trainers
• On-going coaching, training and mentoring by Training staff and Quality Assurance personnel
• No Cold-Calling , pre-contacted and pre-qualified leads
• No claw backs on commission
• Uncapped commission
• Working hours-Monday to Thursday,  07:30 to 15:30 and 07:30 to 14:30 on Friday

 

Upon being awarded a permanent position with UDM , the following applies:

• Basic Salary: R5 500 per month payable on the 25^th of each month
• Uncapped commission , no claw backs on commission
• The average monthly income for our permanent sales staff is R27 000 – R40 000 per month
• 50% Contribution towards Discovery Key Care Plus medical Aid
• 100% Accidental death, disability and funeral cover

Candidate Requirements

Desired skills:

• You do not need sales experience as training will be provided
• Fluent in English
• Afrikaans is advantageous
