Umalusi Council sets and monitors standards for general and further education and training in South Africa. The Council is tasked with the development and management of a sub-framework of qualifications for general and further education and training and for the attendant quality assurance. Umalusi is offering a research internship programme for 2014, if you have a penchant for research work and an interest in Education then this internship is perfect for you.
Requirements
A recognised Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Education or related field
Self-driven
Computer literate
Ability to work under pressure
Good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Good team worker who also has the ability to work on his/her own.
Duties
Research support
Check research documents and research proposals
Source and compile relevant research reports and articles
Provide assistance in research project work and other related functions.
