Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating engaging, on-brand content.
• Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and shopping ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimise marketing campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing regular reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing tools.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO principles.
• Strong copywriting and creative content creation skills.
• Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret performance metrics.
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
• Passion for jewellery, fashion, or luxury brands is advantageous.
