Introduction to Computer Mathematics

Introduction to Mainframe

Introduction to Computer Hardware

Introduction to Computer Software

Introduction to Servers

HTML, CSS and Forms

Linux Fundamentals

Linux II

PHP & MySQL

Java Programming Primer & Advanced

Word press, Digital, Marketing & Search Engine optimization

Android development

Excel Intermediate

Basic Storage Concepts- Certification

Introduction to Databases

SAN

Introduction to back-up & archiving

N+ Certification

Interns are assessed throughout the year by Academy facilitators and will be expected to complete at least 1 internationally recognized certification and a Systems Support NQF5 qualification.

At the end of the year if they are assessed as competent, they will graduate from the Academy and either proceeds to employment outside of VELISA or, if VELISA considers that they are employable within the VELISA community, they could proceed to a possible 2nd year Internship programme.
