We are looking to recruit a Front Office Service Ambassador who sees to the complete guest journey from arrival at the front entrance, parking cars, check in and rooming guests, assisting guests during their stay, preparing guest accounts, assisting with payments, assisting guests on departure and bidding them farewell.

As a Front Office Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for answering phones, attend to face to face guest queries and take reservations. They maintain records, create and keep a filing system as it is the central point for information / assistance for guests that visit and stay in the Hotel. The Service Ambassador will help guests to check out and accept final payment for their room accounts, making sure that guests have had a pleasant stay and accompany guests to the Port Cochere’ to bid them farewell.

.Work various shifts
