Against the above context, we are looking for a motivated, driven, and talented Junior IT Support Consultant. This individual must be certified in the IT field. The perfect candidate must be a polished and confident communicator. You not only grasp how the digital sphere can transform a client’s business, but you have enthusiasm for everything from IT support to automation to improve business processes and make people’s lives easier.
Job Title: Junior IT Support Consultant X2
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide first and second line of support for our in-house web-based electronic systems.
Supporting our clients to ensure optimal use of our systems.
Configuration and setup of client information and data on our web-based systems on behalf of clients.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure robust functionality before release.
Support Facilitator/IT Trainers onsite with training sessions for User training workshops.
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Certification in an IT field.
Tertiary Degree an advantage.
IT Support Experience.
First and second-line support.
Have telephonic communication skills for the support over the phone.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Good understanding of the web-based system and browser support.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Strong ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients at an expected level.
Quick learner of new systems and processes.
Strong ability to work with a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and accept new responsibilities.
Ability to manage time effectively when working on multiple projects.
We will provide full training on our systems, but we are looking for an individual that has been within a support role and has a great understanding of IT troubleshooting.
Salary: R10 000-R12 000 CTC per month depending on experience.
