Job Description and Responsibilities

As a permanent employee of Volkswagen Group South Africa, Graduate Trainees undergo a 12 month intensive training programme including Personal Development, Leadership Development and On-the-job Training which will provide graduates with a solid foundation from which to build their careers.

Education and Experience

University degree, 3 Year National Diploma/ postgraduate degree/diploma in the following field:

• Industrial Psychology
• Labour Relations
• Organisational Development
• Business Administration
• Humanities
• Commerce
