Key Responsibilities Include:

• Designing bespoke itineraries for FIT and group travel across Southern Africa
• Understanding and fulfilling agents’ needs and budgets
• Creating detailed, imaginative quotations and travel packages
• Managing rooming lists, release dates, and bookings
• Communicating with agents throughout the entire sales cycle
• Following up on quotations to secure bookings promptly
• Issuing accurate invoices and costing sheets
• Liaising with suppliers to negotiate competitive rates
• Ensuring timely delivery of itineraries and travel documents
• Handling emergencies and urgent requests with professionalism
• Supporting the team and promoting our products passionately

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Inbound Consultant
• A Tourism qualification and Grade 12 certificate
• Deep knowledge of Southern Africa as a travel destination
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional multitasking ability and the capacity to work under pressure
• Great communication skills – verbal and written
• Willingness to work extended hours, especially during peak season
• A team player with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
