Vacancy Details

Our client, a foundation based in Johannesburg is looking for a Senior Human Capital Business Partner to join their team.  This position reports directly into the CEO of the foundation. You must have experience in transformation and able to develop and present HR strategies to the Board as well as responsibility of implementation, new HR policies, procedures etc.

 

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s in industrial psychology degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
