Vacancy Details

Our client in the retail industry is seeking an energetic and dynamic Payroll Manager to join their team.  You will be responsible for payroll management, benefit administration, compliance and reporting, employee engagement and support etc.

 

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with at least 2 years overseeing local and international  payroll within a retail environment
• Proven track record of driving payroll process improvements and automation.
• Experience in benefits administration and compliance with South African, Namibian & UK payroll legislation
• Computer literate:  MS Office, SAGE 300
