Job Title: Office Manager
Job Location: Cape Town

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and effective management of all WPA’s functions and activities
• Build capacities at all levels within WPA, including but not limited to guiding the staff as part of succession planning
• Lead, manage, coordinate and implement WPA’s mission, vision, aims and objectives, which will be achieved through delivering on its strategic plan

Requirements:

• Managerial knowledge and experience to WPA, particularly in the areas of organisational development, strategic management and planning
