Qualifications:
Relevant 3 year IT degree/diploma (NQF Level 7).

Experience:
3 Years relevant IT experience.

Special requirements:
Must be prepared to work after hours, shifts and stand-by when required.
Core Description (Duties & Responsibilities) The incumbent will be involved in the installation, maintenance and tuning of databases and operating systems, using a variety of functionalities and a range of associated
products in order to provide Software Support. Provides input to capacity planning, disaster recovery planning and in defining configuration standards, administration procedures and the problem solving process.
