Job Summary:

As a Placement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end placement process. Your role will involve placing our top talent students while building strong relationships with employers and candidates. You will also oversee placement strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective placement strategies.
• Identify, source, and screen candidates for various roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, understanding their job needs.
• Create professional profiles including CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile for students.
• Coordinate mock interviews, assessments, and placement processes.
• Oversee placement processes and ensure seamless integration of placed candidates.
• Maintain a strong database of candidates and job opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse placement performance, making recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in placement management.

• Knowledge of recruitment and placement practices.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
