Workshop Foreman Position – Motor Dealership

Based in Bruma – Gauteng

R16 000 – R18 000 per month + Company Car and benefits

A large and successful holding group in the Automotive Sector with reputable Dealerships, within their national network is seeking an experienced and hands on Workshop Foreman with good management experience and customer services skills.

The successful candidate must have:

• Matric Qualification
• Min. 3 years experience in the Motor Industry in related position
• Drivers licence
• Computer Literacy
• At least 2yrs experience in a service department

Your busy and challenging day will include but not be limited to:
• Be responsible for booking vehicles for service/repair
• Liaise with customers daily regarding progress of repairs /parts availability
• Maintain high levels of C S I
• Ensure supplier invoices and orders processed correctly
• Cost Job Cards
• Excellent customer skills
• Deliver at all times exceptional customer service to add value to the service department
• Ensure all warranty repairs are carried out within manufacturer parameters
• Staff management
