profitability from identified key accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Operates on behalf of OM Group by facilitating service delivery between lines of business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KRA\u2019s<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains and grows value of existing key accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Leads the account strategy for identified accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Operates on behalf of OM group by facilitating service delivery between lines of business.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures service delivery is proactively monitored.<\/li>\n<li>Grows new business volumes and profitability from identified key accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Individually accountable for others\u00bf time, tasks and output quality, over periods of three months to a year.<\/li>\n<li>Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others.<\/li>\n<li>Plans &amp;
