With excellent SAP skills and product knowledge, the consultant leverages new opportunities for the organisation. To provide Industry Specific or new offering perspectives to the project team.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentor and manage junior consultants<\/li>\n<li>Changes to payroll and testing<\/li>\n<li>Technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-User documentation and User manuals<\/li>\n<li>Document client requirements<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Advises, interfaces and establish credibility with clients<\/li>\n<li>Assists client in SAP knowledge transfer<\/li>\n<li>Providing consulting services to identify business and system opportunities for change.<\/li>\n<li>Report support or project progress to the Senior Consultant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 years SAP support experience<\/li>\n<li>Must have experienced 3 full SAP implementation<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of implementing projects<\/li>\n<li>Proven HR configuration skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability on SAP payroll Rules and Schemas<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write functional specs and high level technical specs<\/li>\n<li>Integration experience with other SAP modules<\/li>\n<li>Specialise in one SAP HR Module \u2013 preferably Payroll<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop relationships with key system users and management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work successfully within a team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to integrate and interact with other departments<\/li>\n<li>Ability to problem solve<\/li>\n<li>People management skills<\/li>\n<li>Determined and self-motivated<\/li>\n<li>Flexible, able to create and adapt appropriate solutions<\/li>\n<li>Energetic, positive and resilient.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized<\/li>\n<li>Deliver according to deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested candidates should send their CVs through the link below<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The objective of the SAP HR Consultant is to provide business support and technology integration.
